How do I configure a Bell Scheduler with a Bogen Nyquist Paging system?

1. Log In to the Bogen Nyquist Dashboard
   Open your web browser and navigate to your local Nyquist server IP address. Enter your administrator credentials.
2. Navigate to Schedules
   Go to the Schedules or Event Management section on the main navigation panel.

Create or Copy a Schedule

• To build from scratch, select Add Schedule, name it (e.g., "Regular Day Schedule"), and define the active days of the week.
• To save time, select an existing schedule and use the Copy Schedule function to modify it for special testing days or early dismissals.

Add Scheduled Events (Bells)
Click Add Event within your schedule to configure individual bells:

• Time: Input the exact time the event triggers (e.g., 08:00 AM).
• Tone/Audio: Select your preferred time tone, bell sound, or pre-recorded audio file.
• Zones: Assign which paging zones or speaker groups will broadcast the tone.

1. Save and Activate
   Save your events. Use the calendar grid or calendar override feature to map your active schedules to specific calendar days (e.g., applying the "Early Dismissal" schedule to a specific Friday)
